Validate is seeking a proactive CRM Executive (Arabic speaking) to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate records, and support retention and satisfaction in the UAE.

You will update CRM data, follow up with customers via calls, emails, and messages, and generate reports to track interactions and sales activity. Strong communication, attention to detail, and CRM proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM, customer service or sales support.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of UAE market is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls, emails, and messages.
• Monitor inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure timely resolution.
