Planet is seeking a Customer Service Assistant (Arabic Speaker) in the UAE to deliver fast, accurate and human service across voice and digital channels. As the first point of contact, you will take ownership of inquiries, guide cases to resolution, and work with Operations to remove friction and improve the Planet experience.

• Experience in customer service or a contact centre preferred.

• Handle inbound calls, emails, chats and other digital enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Provide clear, accurate guidance on Planet products, services, processes and policies.
• Listen carefully and tailor responses to customer needs.
• Take ownership of complaints and ensure resolution and closure.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases through the proper channels.
• Record interactions accurately in Planet's systems and maintain data quality.
