Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in business development within IT services or software solutions with measurable revenue growth.
• Proven expertise in B2B sales with ability to develop client relationships and close high-value deals.
• Understanding of business process digitalization and modernization roadmaps.
• Knowledge of AI/ML use cases (predictive analytics, computer vision, NLP, generative AI).
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies.
• Understanding of microservices, containerization and cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and process mining (Nice to Have).
• Awareness of low-code/no-code platforms for rapid app development (Nice to Have).

Responsibilities

• Execute the regional GTM strategy for Digital Software and AI offerings in alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to design campaigns, events and lead-generation activities.
• Support demand generation through targeted outreach, networking and partnerships.
• Identify growth opportunities across key industries and pursue them.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery in prospecting, qualification and solution alignment; drive negotiations and closure.
• Develop trusted relationships within strategic accounts to enable upsell and cross-sell of Digital & AI solutions.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and workshops to demonstrate capabilities and business outcomes.
• Nurture long-term partnerships ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Work with Presales and Delivery to craft customer-centric solutions and support deal negotiations.
