Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development and project management.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with market research and data analysis.
• Solid project management skills and ability to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and other methods
• Manage and develop existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Lead cross-functional groups to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members in Arabic and English
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients in Arabic and English
• Negotiate contracts and arrangements with clients
• Monitor project progression and adjust as needed to ensure successful completion
