Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is hiring for an Approvals Coordinator in Dubai to manage authority and consultant approvals for interior fit-out projects. You will prepare and submit drawings, coordinate with consultants, clients, landlords, and authorities, and track submissions through final approvals.

The role requires 2–4 years of UAE experience, strong knowledge of local procedures, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–4 years UAE approvals/coordination experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority approval procedures.
• Experience with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, mall authorities, etc.
• Good knowledge of drawings, material submittals, technical documents, and approval procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good follow-up and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Track approval submissions, comments, revisions, and final approvals.
• Review consultant comments and coordinate with design and technical teams for revisions.
• Ensure drawings and documents comply with requirements, regulations, and specs.
• Follow up on NOCs, permits, inspections, and other required approvals.
• Maintain records of submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
• Coordinate site inspections with consultants and authorities when required.
• Support the Project Manager and technical team in resolving approval-related issues.
• Ensure approvals are obtained within the project schedule.

3. Strong knowledge of UAE authority and consultant approval procedures.

4. Experience with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, mall authorities, and other relevant authorities is an advantage.

5. Good knowledge of drawings, material submittals, technical documents, and approval procedures.

6. Strong communication and coordination skills.

10. UAE experience is preferred.
