Job Details

• Coordinate and manage submissions, follow‑ups, and approvals with Dubai Municipality, RTA, DDA, Trakhees, DEWA, Civil Defense, and other authorities
• Review design documentation to ensure compliance with authority guidelines and local building codes before submission
• Act as liaison between internal design, planning, and engineering teams and regulatory entities to resolve technical queries
• Monitor approval status, ensuring timely renewals and updates as needed
• Provide regular updates and reports on approval timelines, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
• Attend authority meetings and site inspections as required
• Stay current with UAE authority regulations, codes, and approval processes
• Support preparation of authority documentation for project handover and completion certification
• Identify and mitigate risks related to authority approvals that could impact project schedules

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in authority coordination or design approvals within UAE real estate or construction sector
• In‑depth knowledge of Dubai authority procedures and portals including Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, RTA, DEWA, and Civil Defense
