Job summary

Accor in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an Outlet Manager for its All Day Dining restaurant to lead daily operations, ensure seamless service, and deliver memorable guest experiences across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.

You will plan resources, mentor the Food & Beverage team, collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on menus and pricing, uphold brand standards, and drive guest satisfaction and revenue while maintaining top hygiene and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience leading a high-volume All Day Dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations and current industry trends.
• Guest-focused with passion for hospitality and service excellence.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Ability to drive guest satisfaction, operational efficiency and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume All Day Dining restaurant across meals and events.
• Plan resources, workforce management and staff scheduling.
• Coach, mentor, and train the F&B team to uphold standards of excellence.
• Supervise and delegate duties, ensuring brand standards, SOPs and quality measures.
• Drive employee engagement and align Heartists with hotel goals.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine on menus, pricing and promotions.
• Coordinate with kitchen for food quality, presentation and service.
• Monitor guest feedback and outlet performance; implement improvements.
• Build relationships with guests and resolve concerns to enhance loyalty.
• Ensure inventory control, cost management and hygiene standards.
