Job summary

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Outlet Manager for the All Day Dining outlet to lead a high-volume team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will drive service excellence, manage resources efficiently, and collaborate with culinary leadership to optimize menus and promotions.

The role requires a passion for hospitality, strong leadership, and a track record of maintaining brand standards in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-volume restaurant or hotel F&B operation.
• Strong guest-service orientation and hospitality mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a busy All Day Dining restaurant.
• Plan resources, workforce, and scheduling to meet demand.
• Mentor, coach and develop F&B team to drive excellence.
• Ensure brand standards, SOPs and quality measures are followed.
• Engage employees to support hotel goals and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine on menus, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain close communication with kitchen for quality and presentation.
• Monitor service metrics and drive improvements in guest satisfaction.
