Responsibilities

WAKA Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead our restaurant operations in Ras Al-Khaimah United Arab Emirates. As Outlet Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations managing a diverse team and ensuring exceptional customer experiences that align with our brand standards. • Solid understanding of financial management budgeting and cost control principles
• Knowledge of food safety standards health regulations and sanitation best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; multilingual abilities are preferred
• Problem-solving abilities and sound decision-making skills under pressure
