You will manage scheduling, training, cost control, inventory, and supplier relations; implement health and safety standards; analyze sales to develop strategies for growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in restaurant or hospitality outlet management.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Excellent guest service orientation.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Experience with UAE hospitality standards and health regulations.
• Fluent English; multilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Supervise, train and motivate restaurant staff fostering a positive work environment and professional development.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions per policies.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Monitor and control food costs, labor expenses and overall budget adherence to maximize profitability.
• Maintain inventory levels, manage supplier relationships and coordinate ordering of food and beverage supplies.
• Implement and enforce health, safety and sanitation standards in line with regulations.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze sales performance, identify trends and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports including financial statements and performance metrics.
• Customize marketing initiatives and promotions to drive engagement and foot traffic.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and brand standards across all outlet operations.
