About the Role

The Customer Service Representative will serve as a key point of contact for visitors, providing essential information and support within the store and beyond. Located in one of the world’s largest and most visited shopping destinations, the Dubai Mall, this role demands a high level of professionalism, energy, and customer‑centric thinking.

The successful candidate will:

  • Assist customers with both store‑specific inquiries and broader questions about Dubai.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge on local attractions, hotel bookings, transportation options, and city events.
  • Support customer loyalty initiatives by managing Amber Loyalty Program queries, assisting with gift vouchers, and facilitating the issuance and replacement of loyalty cards.
  • Actively engage with customers during in‑store promotions and provide information about ongoing deals and special events.
  • Handle customer phone inquiries, update internal trackers, and maintain detailed reporting logs.
  • Conduct regular audits, manage stock for customer service counters, and ensure a seamless customer experience at all touchpoints.
