Job summary

Delivery Hero in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a driven Sales Associate to manage restaurant partnerships and drive growth on the Talabat platform. You will review accounts, renew contracts, and optimize menu content while promoting brand initiatives across partners.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and data analysis skills, and reside in or be willing to relocate to Al Ain. Full-time role with opportunities in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Able to analyze data and craft solutions.
• Residency in or relocation to Al Ain is a must.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Maintain continuous relationships with clients/restaurants.
• Provide excellent service to resolve operational issues between restaurants and Talabat.
• Ensure restaurant menus are up to date.
• Optimize restaurant content and delivery times.
• Renegotiate commission rates and renew contacts.
• Manage brand promotions: banners, brand menus, and newsletters.
• Generate coupons/promotions from existing restaurants.
• Promote Talabat brand promotions visually to clients/restaurants.
• Encourage digitalization: backlinks, splash pages, white-label options, Facebook button.
• Encourage subscription to online payment gateway.
• Coordinate with restaurants to ensure live status on Talabat and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain records of sales, follow-ups, expenses, and promotion impact.
• Prepare vendor analyses and account management reports.
