Napster Corp is seeking a Solutions Engineer (Remote - UAE) to drive technical discovery with prospects, validate feasibility, and shape a solution concept that can be handed to Delivery. You will work with Sales, Delivery/PS, and Product to ensure the solution is buildable and aligned with customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar pre-sales role in AI/SaaS.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical concepts.
• Comfort with API, integration, data flow, and architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospects to identify business outcomes.
• Present demos and PoCs to prove value and feasibility.
• Partner with Sales, Delivery and Product to scope and hand off deals.
• Answer security, compliance, and architectural questions throughout the cycle.
