About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Engineering Manager to join our AI Hub in Dubai. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll build AI and Generative AI prototypes (POCs, MVPs) and lead a team of engineers to bring ideas to life. You’ll work on real client problems using AI to automate processes, cut costs and make work faster and smarter. What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver AI POCs and MVPs that showcase real value for clients.
• Manage and mentor a distributed engineering team (Dubai, Jordan, Egypt and beyond).
• Build solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents and modern ML frameworks.
• Ensure robust delivery with MLOps CI/CD and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Work closely with clients and business teams to shape use cases and solutions.
• Drive innovation in the AI Hub, stay ahead of new tools and trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in AI/ML development with real-world projects.
• Hands‑on skills in Python, FastAPI, TensorFlow, Hugging Face and LLM toolkits (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph).
• Background in data engineering and cloud (Databricks, ETL, AWS or GCP).
• Track record of leading teams and delivering in fast‑changing environments.
• Clear communicator with client‑facing experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar (advanced degree a plus).

Bonus Points If You Have

• Built voice‑first AI ASR/TTS systems or streaming solutions.
• Worked in start‑ups or innovation hubs.
• ML certifications (e.g., Databricks, GCP).
