Job summary

Sulava MEA seeks an Operations & Technology Specialist to drive AI-native operations, balancing Deploy resourcing with internal IT duties to stay productive across both teams. Part 1 turns Sales and Project Lead requests into available, capable resources, verifies availability, and keeps ERP and Operating App data aligned for accurate bookings and forecasts.

Part 2 runs production, demo and training tenants, manages access and licenses, and builds AI-enabled agents while maintaining security and

Qualifications

• Independent and resourceful, takes ownership and solves problems end-to-end.
• AI-native in daily work with AI tools including Copilot; creates automations and prompts.
• Organized and data-focused; maintains accurate bookings, allocations and records.
• Service-minded and calm under pressure when handling IT or resourcing requests.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills; comfortable in admin centers, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Part 1: turn Sales and Project Lead requests into named, available resources; clarify needs and dates.
• Verify availability and flag conflicts early; propose realistic delivery windows.
• Maintain resourcing data in ERP and Operating App for accurate forecasts and bookings.
• Support the Deploy Operations rhythm: reviews, data quality, and follow-ups.
• Part 2: manage production, demo, and training tenants; onboarding accounts and licenses.
• Build and test AI-enabled agents; ensure security and governance across environments.
