Job summary

ai71 seeks a Deployment Strategist to join the deployment strategy team, embedded with enterprise customers across the UAE. You will own end-to-end deployments from kickoff to go-live and beyond, tailoring deployments to each client’s environment and models.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to define success criteria, run cadences, and ensure adoption and measurable value. This role is hands-on and client-facing, with significant onsite time in the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, management or strategy consulting.
• Experience coordinating technical delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior exposure to agentic AI platforms or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
• Role does not require coding or engineering, but you must engage with technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment for enterprise clients across a structured lifecycle from commercial brief to offboarding.
• Own the business outcome of each deployment — adoption, value realised and potential expansion.
• Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders, driving the relationship forward.
• Shape success criteria and acceptance thresholds early in each engagement.
• Define and run deployment cadence, check-ins and user onboarding.
• Identify AI use cases with clients and map to a future state for core processes.
• Build and deliver demos for stakeholders; translate feedback to product and engineering.
• Improve playbooks, templates and standards for future deployments.
