This role is ideal for a senior technical professional who combines hands‑on engineering expertise with strategic thinking, solution design and stakeholder management. You will play a key role in modernizing business operations through AI, advanced analytics, automation and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise‑grade AI and data solutions using Python
• Lead development of Gen AI chatbot and intelligent workflow systems
• Build predictive analytics and forecasting models
• Architect scalable data and reporting platforms
• Develop dashboards for senior leadership and management teams
• Support vendor evaluations and technical governance
• Optimize AI systems for speed, cost and performance
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers and support team capability growth
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Science or related field
• 5 years of experience in software engineering, analytics or AI roles
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, APIs and automation tools
• Exposure to LLMs, LangChain or AI frameworks preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
