Job summary

Dubai Real Estate Organisation in Dubai seeks a Digital Transformation & IT Specialist to lead AI, automation and digital tech adoption across operations. You will define and deliver the organisation's automation and digital transformation roadmap, integrate ERP, CRM, AI-driven workflows and ensure interoperability with legacy systems while driving digital literacy and governance.

Qualifications

3–5 years in Digital Transformation, PropTech, AI, automation or technology implementation.
Hands-on experience implementing automation and digital solutions.
Strong understanding of AI, data analytics and AI-enabled workflows.
Experience with cloud technologies (Azure and/or AWS).
Knowledge of real estate or asset management tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and own the AI, automation and digital transformation roadmap.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and deliver measurable improvements.
Lead integration of ERP, CRM, AI-driven workflows and real estate tech platforms.
Develop AI prompts, AI agents and automated workflows to improve processes.
Ensure interoperability between legacy systems and new digital technologies.
Collaborate with IT teams on integrations and digital initiatives.
Establish AI governance, compliance, risk management and ethical frameworks.
Drive digital adoption and build digital literacy across the workforce.
Coach employees in adopting AI and automation technologies.
Communicate digital strategy and commercial outcomes to senior leadership.
Identify opportunities to enhance real estate management and operational performance.
