Job summary

ai71 is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own end-to-end enterprise deployments from discovery through go-live, embedded with client teams across the UAE. You will shape success criteria, run cadences, and map client AI use cases to practical outcomes, ensuring adoption and measurable value.

A trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will drive improvements with product and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, management or strategy consulting, program management, or an adjacent role coordinating technical delivery.
• Exposure to agentic systems, AI platforms or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
• Role does not require coding or engineering experience, but comfort with technical audiences is expected.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment for one or more enterprise clients across a structured lifecycle, from commercial brief through to offboarding.
• Own the business outcome of each deployment—adoption, value realised and expansion potential.
• Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders, driving relationships and positioning ai71 as a trusted partner.
• Shape how clients define success early in engagement, including evaluation criteria and go-live thresholds.
• Define and run deployment cadence, including kickoff, check-ins, steercos, user onboarding and platform training.
• Work with customers to identify and map AI use cases and define an agentic future state for core processes.
• Build and deliver demos for stakeholders from technical teams to executives to illustrate desired business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate client feedback into platform improvements and prioritised requests.
• Improve the function by developing playbooks, templates and standards to raise deployment quality.
