Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a technology-related discipline or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience with AI technologies, ML algorithms and automation tools.
• Preferred certifications: RPA Developer, AI & Machine Learning, PMP.
• Proficiency in Python, R or Java; strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs, value propositions and processes to identify AI/automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop and operate AI and automation capabilities.
• Create technical specifications and architectural designs for AI automation implementations.
• Develop and deploy AI models, ML algorithms and automation scripts.
• Integrate AI/automation solutions with business processes and systems.
• Prepare data for model training and ensure data quality.
• Test and validate AI/automation solutions for accuracy and reliability.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements.
