Job summary

Manthrasoft Services-FZCO in Dubai seeks a Middle+ AI & Automation Engineer to drive internal process optimization and operational workflow automation across Finance, Operations, and Guest Experience using AI agents, system integrations, and low-code solutions.

You will design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation scripts, integrate REST APIs, prototype tools and dashboards, and evaluate new AI technologies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience using Python or JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs and building AI agents.
• Experience with REST API integration and webhooks.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Strong SQL and relational DB skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to identify friction and automation opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automation scripts.
• Integrate third-party systems and REST APIs for automated data movement.
• Prototype and deliver operational tools, dashboards, and workflows.
