Job summary

Arabic.AI is seeking a Go-to-Market Specialist for the UAE market to own a fully self-sourced pipeline of AI Agents, Apps, and Models. You will prospect, qualify, and close deals with a hunter mindset, mapping stakeholders and driving revenue growth across target accounts.

You will lead account plans, perform in-depth research, and translate client pain points into AI solutions. Expect frequent in-person UAE meetings, ABM collaboration with Marketing, and cross-functional deal execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in technology-related field.
• 4-7 years in business development, technology sales, or enterprise sales.
• Experience selling technology-enabled solutions (AI, SaaS, cloud, IT services).
• Strong prospecting, networking, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle prospecting, qualification, and closing in UAE market.
• Build a self-sourced pipeline with no inherited opportunities.
• Apply MEDDPICC or equivalent qualification.
• Meet or exceed business development and revenue targets.
• Identify decision-makers and entry points within target organizations.
• Maintain CRM records and provide pipeline visibility.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Finance to deliver proposals.
