Job summary

MantraAssist is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive B2B sales of AI-powered solutions across the United Arab Emirates. You will identify prospective businesses, understand their challenges, and recommend AI, automation, SaaS, and technology solutions to senior executives and decision-makers.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting discovery meetings, and presenting compelling proposals to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B business development, technology sales, SaaS sales, or a related field.
• Experience selling AI, automation, SaaS, software, or digital solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with UAE technology and digital transformation market.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across the UAE.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Research businesses across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other UAE markets.
• Present AI, automation, SaaS, and software solutions to prospective clients.
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, directors, technology leaders, and decision-makers.
