Job summary

OpenAI in UAE is seeking a senior sales professional to own enterprise deals, guide customers from consideration to deployment, and drive consumption revenue. You will partner with research, engineering, and solutions teams to craft complex customer programs, while closing multi-million dollar opportunities and shaping strategic go-to-market initiatives.

Excellent communication with C-level executives is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets (> $2M per year)
• Experience selling to enterprise customers and C-level executives
• Ability to translate complex AI/product concepts for customers
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking

Responsibilities

• Manage a small number of key accounts, developing and executing strategies for a comprehensive account plan
• Lead enterprise prospects’ journeys from consideration to deployment
• Partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex customer programs and projects
• Own a consumption revenue target and manage forecasts
• Analyze key account metrics to create reports and provide insights to stakeholders
• Monitor industry landscape to contribute to product roadmap and corporate strategy
• Collaborate across functions including solutions, marketing, finance, product, and engineering
• Support recruitment and onboarding of teammates
• Support the development of company culture
