Job summary

Tarjama& in the UAE (Dubai) seeks a Business Development Manager - AI & Agents to own a fully self-sourced pipeline for AI Agents, Apps and Models across the UAE markets, turning operational pain points into concrete AI use cases.

You will qualify, prospect, map stakeholders, develop account plans, and drive opportunities from initial contact to closure, including partner collaborations and industry events; willingness to travel 25–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
• At least 8 years of proven experience in business development, technology sales, or consultative B2B sales.
• Experience selling technology, AI, SaaS, cloud, or digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle prospecting, qualification, and closing across an assigned UAE territory.
• Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline with no inherited deals.
• Qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC or equivalent.
• Lead prospecting at events and through multiple channels.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Product to tailor AI solutions.
