Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a qualified professional to provide first-line systems support for service teams across all branches, resolving issues within 48 hours and ensuring smooth invoice and pricing processes.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience—ideally SAP—in an automotive environment, plus strong skills in Excel, data management, and pricing/package governance to accelerate operations and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma holder; automotive background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a comparable systems support, master data or pricing role.
• Automotive aftersales experience essential.
• Hands-on ERP experience, ideally SAP in an automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as first-line systems support for service teams across all branches and resolve system-related issues within 48 hours.
• Partner with Aftersales Finance and IT to investigate issues and drive resolutions within agreed timelines.
• Create and maintain pre-delivery inspection packages and align pricing with approved menus.
• Set up and maintain the system for dealer-installed accessories across required models.
