Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Systems Support Supervisor to own ERP system support and master-data administration for Aftersales Distribution Operations in Dubai. You will resolve incidents quickly, support service teams, and coordinate with Finance and IT to ensure accurate invoicing and pricing consistency.

Qualifications

• Graduate or diploma holder, preferably with an automotive background.
• At least five years of experience in systems support, master data, pricing or a comparable role.
• Previous automotive aftersales experience is essential.
• Hands-on ERP support experience in an operational environment.
• Strong SAP experience in automotive sales or aftersales preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability and solid PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with data warehousing, data management and quality-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line system assistance to service teams across the national branch network.
• Investigate reported system incidents and complete standard resolutions within 48 hours.
• Prioritize urgent operational blockers and resolve them on the same working day where possible.
• Process invoice reversals, mileage corrections, discount applications and package amendments.
• Troubleshoot technician time-clocking and appointment-booking issues.
• Work with Aftersales, Finance and IT teams to resolve complex incidents within agreed timelines.
• Create and maintain pre-delivery inspection packages within the ERP environment.
• Configure retail service packages for newly introduced vehicle models.
• Validate service-package pricing against approved menu-price structures before release.
• Create, modify and extend dealer-installed accessory packages across applicable models.
• Configure system packages for promotional campaigns and maintain them throughout each campaign.
• Upload Service Advisor shifts and technician work schedules.
• Maintain backend master-data tables supporting integrations and operational reporting.
• Run data-quality checks and correct inaccurate, missing or inconsistent records.
• Identify repeated support issues and investigate their underlying process causes.
• Recommend practical system or workflow improvements for service advisors and workshop teams.
