Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a MIS Supervisor for automotive aftersales systems in Dubai. You will provide frontline SAP IS AUTO support to service staff across branches and ensure system reliability for daily operations.

The role requires 5 years of relevant experience, including mandatory automotive aftersales and pricing analysis. You will manage master data, PDI and DIO configurations, and coordinate with Aftersales, Finance and EIT to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Graduate qualification or diploma.
• Automotive aftersales experience mandatory.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP IS AUTO.
• Pricing Analyst or Pricing Assistant experience mandatory.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline SAP Systems support to service personnel across branches.
• Respond to user inquiries and investigate issues affecting daily aftersales operations.
• Resolve system-related issues within the required 48-hour timeframe.
• Coordinate with Aftersales, Finance and EIT departments to address issues requiring cross-functional support.
• Investigate SAP-related operational problems and identify appropriate solutions.
• Support the accurate functioning of systems used by service advisors and workshop personnel.
• Follow up on outstanding system issues to minimize disruption to branch operations.
• Maintain effective communication with relevant teams throughout the issue-resolution process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data required for automotive aftersales activities.
• Manage relevant SAP backend tables to support system integration and operational accuracy.
• Review data records and identify inconsistencies affecting service operations.
• Conduct data quality checks to maintain reliable system information.
• Support the creation, modification and maintenance of system data used in service processes.
• Coordinate required data updates with relevant business and technical stakeholders.
