Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks an MIS Executive to provide frontline system support, maintain master data, and streamline Aftersales processes to boost revenue. You will handle SAP-related issues and package maintenance, ensuring backend tables are aligned for system integration.

You will liaise with Aftersales, Finance, and EIT to resolve issues within 48 hours, support campaigns with accurate data uploads, and coordinate service advisor shifts and technician schedules for smooth

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma holder with automotive experience preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a relevant position is expected.
• Background in Pricing Analyst/Assistant roles is mandatory.
• Automotive aftersales experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline system support to staff and resolve SAP issues within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with Aftersales, Finance, and EIT to resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage DIO accessories through package creation and extension for models.
• Support campaign rollouts with package uploads and system management.
• Upload service advisor shifts and technicians' work schedules for appointments.
