Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks a customer-focused Service Advisor for Toyota Aftersales. You will be the main contact for customers, guiding them through servicing options, coordinating with workshop teams, and delivering timely updates to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

You will leverage automotive knowledge and sales skills to recommend services, manage discounts, and contribute to monthly targets while maintaining high service standards in an on-site setting.

Qualifications

• . Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
• . 3–5 years as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• . Solid understanding of automotive products and servicing processes.
• . Experience communicating maintenance and aftersales needs to customers.
• . Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• . Strong English communication; Arabic a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong Toyota customer relationships to boost loyalty.
• Assist customers through their servicing journey with professional advice.
• Explain servicing requirements clearly to support workshop operations.
• Ensure a consistent, positive aftersales experience.
• Address complaints promptly and professionally.

• Apply discount management while maintaining satisfaction.
• Coordinate with workshop to ensure first-time-right service.
• Keep customers informed about progress and delivery.
• Collaborate with Reception, Aftersales Managers, and workshop staff.
• Aim for strong Toyota service evaluations.
• Follow company policies and service standards.
