Al-Futtaim Automotive in Abu Dhabi seeks a Service Advisor for Toyota/Lexus to enhance the aftersales journey. You will coordinate with Aftersales, Reception, and Workshop teams to meet service and sales targets while maintaining high CSV and NPS scores.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive service, a Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering, and strong communication in English with basic Arabic. On-site role with extended hours and a focus on revenue through upselling.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• 3–5 years in automotive, preferably in service roles.
• Proficient with MS Office and SAP; strong customer handling and English with basic Arabic.

Responsabilités

• Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Upsell services and manage discounts to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Explain work performed and costs clearly at vehicle handover.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and distributor programs.
