Al Futtaim Automotive in Dubai seeks a Reception Supervisor to optimize workshop operations, supervise service advisors, coordinate with parts and warranty teams, and focus on customer satisfaction while improving financial performance.

The role requires a mechanical or automotive qualification, at least four years in a supervisory Aftersales position, and leadership experience with a 10–15 staff team. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is preferred.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Automotive or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Reception Supervisor/Manager in automotive.
• Experience leading a 10-15 staff team in aftersales, preferably in the MHE business.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP; Valid UAE driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Improve workshop efficiency by supervising service advisors and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Parts and warranty teams to ensure parts availability and smooth warranty claims.
• Drive service and parts gross margin through targeted actions and KPI tracking.
• Organize resources to handle peak periods and high service volumes.
