Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Automotive, Business Management, or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience within automotive dealerships
• At least 5 years of automotive aftersales experience at managerial level
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing automotive aftersales operations
• Strong commercial awareness combined with a focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead overall aftersales operations and drive achievement of revenue, gross margin, sold hours, recovery rate, and other key performance targets.
• Manage branch P&L and ensure effective forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Optimize workshop capacity, productivity, efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Drive customer experience improvements through NPS, customer feedback, service quality, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, HSSE requirements, government regulations, and operational standards.
• Lead, coach, develop, and performance-manage the aftersales team while supporting talent development and succession.
• Collaborate closely with workshop, parts, HR, finance, marketing, customer relations, and other key stakeholders to improve overall branch performance.
