RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking an Aftersales Manager for a well-established UAE automotive distribution group based in Dubai, UAE. You will oversee the daily workshop and aftersales operations, including Service Advisors, Technicians, Quality Control, and other workshop staff, ensuring services are completed on time with quality and minimal repeat repairs.

You will manage aftersales targets, workshop productivity, service revenue, costs and customer satisfaction, handle customer issues,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive aftersales/workshop experience, including supervisory or management experience.
• Strong experience with passenger vehicles in an authorized automotive dealership or distributor, with good knowledge of workshop operations, service, warranty, customer complaints, KPIs, and team management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a valid UAE driving license.

• Manage aftersales targets, workshop productivity, service revenue, costs and customer satisfaction.
