Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years automotive aftersales/workshop experience, including supervisory or management experience.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Male, 34 years old or below.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workshop and aftersales operations, including Service Advisors, Technicians, Quality Control, and other workshop staff.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired on time with quality and minimal repeats.
• Oversee aftersales targets, workshop productivity, service revenue, costs and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer issues and collaborate with Parts, Sales and Management to improve the aftersales business.
