Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Aftersales & Workshop Manager for a UAE automotive distribution group based in Dubai. You will oversee daily workshop operations, service advisors, technicians and quality control to ensure on‑time service with high quality and minimal repeat repairs.

The role targets aftersales performance, workshop productivity, service revenue and customer satisfaction, and requires collaboration with Parts, Sales and Management to improve overall results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive aftersales/workshop experience, including supervisory or management experience.
• Strong experience with passenger vehicles in an authorized automotive dealership or distributor, with good knowledge of workshop operations, service, warranty, customer complaints, KPIs, and team management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations, including Service Advisors, Technicians and quality control.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired on time with high quality and minimal repeat repairs.
• Manage aftersales targets, workshop productivity, service revenue, costs and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer issues and collaborate with Parts, Sales and Management to improve overall aftersales performance.
