CG FinTech is seeking an experienced African Region Manager to drive business development and market expansion across African markets. The role requires strong CFD, forex, and commodities trading expertise and an established network of industry contacts.

You will lead regional sales, develop partnerships, and work with Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Support to scale growth while meeting KPIs and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CFD, Forex, Commodities, or broader financial trading.
• Strong knowledge of African financial markets and online trading.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or regional management.
• Established network of IBs, affiliates, partners, traders across African markets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the African market.
• Identify and establish relationships with IBs, affiliates, introducers, traders, and other partners.
• Expand CG FinTech’s client and partner network across key African markets.
• Lead and manage regional sales and business development activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and key clients.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop entry strategies across African countries.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and opportunities in the region.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Support to drive growth.
• Set sales targets and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Recruit, train, and develop local sales and BD talent as needed.
• Prepare regular market and performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements.
