Job summary

D Prime is a global online broker enabling professional investors with multi-asset CFD trading across global markets, with hubs in Dubai and other major cities. We seek a seasoned Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build profitable client portfolios in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Ideal candidates bring senior sales leadership within Forex/CFDs, strong team management, excellent negotiation and relationship skills, and hands-on CRM/forecasting

Qualifications

• Senior sales leadership experience in financial services.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
• Experience with CRM, forecasting, and sales analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution-based sales and account management across designated territories.
• Develop, execute, and own annual sales plans aligned with company revenue and growth targets.
• Build, maintain, and grow profitable client portfolios in line with the company’s strategy.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting via CRM.
• Monitor sales performance, manage sales conversion, and drive revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and mentor sales teams to achieve targets.
• Represent the company at industry events.
• Build strong client relationships to enhance retention and lifetime value.
• Continuously assess sales effectiveness, costs, and results to optimize performance.
