Qualifikationen

• 10 years of experience in commercial or sales roles.
• Proven B2B sales and business development track record.
• Strong knowledge of fertilizer and/or Oil & Gas markets.
• Experience with customer relationship management and negotiations.
• Willingness to travel frequently across markets.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Arabic and/or French is a plus.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Casale's target markets.
• Build strategic relationships with customers and partners.
• Support expansion initiatives across Africa and the Middle East.
• Analyse market potential and provide competitive insights.
• Assist in contract negotiations and deal structuring.
