Job summary

Element is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager for Agrochemicals and Pest Management to drive growth across the UAE. Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or Commercial roles within Agrochemicals, Pesticides / Insecticides, Crop protection, Agriculture, Pest management, Agricultural/environmental services.
• Strong experience in B2B business development and client acquisition.
• Proven experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Experience with tenders, RFPs, RFQs and commercial proposal development.
• Experience working with farms, agricultural businesses, landscaping companies, government entities or commercial accounts.
• Strong understanding of agricultural products, pesticide/agrochemical solutions and their commercial applications.
• UAE market experience is highly preferred, with an established network in the sector.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across agriculture, agrochemical, pesticide, and pest-management sectors.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
• Develop new customer accounts while expanding existing relationships.
• Conduct market mapping and identify emerging opportunities across agriculture, landscaping, horticulture and pest management.
• Lead tender submissions and coordinate commercial proposals with technical teams.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure successful closure with appropriate margins.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and updates.
