Job summary

Element Search is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in agrochemicals, agriculture and pest management across the UAE. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building a robust pipeline and converting them into long-term contracts.

You will work with farms, nurseries, landscaping and government entities, coordinating with technical and regulatory teams to craft commercially viable solutions and compelling tenders. UAE market knowledge is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Commercial roles within agrochemicals, pesticides, or crop protection.
• Strong experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to contract closure.
• UAE market experience and established network preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and convert new business opportunities across agriculture and pest-management sectors.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
• Develop new accounts while expanding existing relationships.
• Lead tender and proposal development with cross-functional teams.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure successful conversion to awards.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales updates.
