Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in admissions, education counselling, tele sales is preferred.
• Experience in a training institute or education sector in the UAE will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Ability to confidently handle enquiries and close admissions.
• Target-driven with strong follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic CRM/lead management.
• Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Professional, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, website, and walk-ins.
• Counsel prospective students about available training programs, course benefits, fees, schedules, and certification.

• Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and payments.
• Build positive relationships with prospective and existing students.
• Coordinate with trainers and administration regarding batch schedules and student requirements.
• Follow up on pending registrations and fee payments.
• Support promotional campaigns and other student recruitment activities.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the admission process.
