Job summary

GAPS Guidance is seeking an Admissions Counselor to help prospective students choose suitable higher education programs and complete their enrollment. The role involves speaking with students, understanding their goals, and guiding them through the admissions process to registration.

You will respond to inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person; explain program requirements, fees, and study schedules; review documents; and keep CRM records up to date while aiming to meet monthly

Qualifications

• Experience in education counseling, admissions, or consultative sales.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Confidence using a CRM, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and email.
• Ability to explain program details clearly and handle student questions professionally.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• UAE higher education market experience is an advantage.
