Job summary

Staff Connect Information Technology Consultants seeks an Admission Officer in Sharjah to manage the student admissions process and serve as the main contact for prospective students. You will review applications, guide applicants through requirements, maintain records, and support recruitment activities, ensuring a positive enrollment experience.

The role emphasizes counseling, lead conversion, and collaboration with marketing and operations to onboard students smoothly and meet enrollment

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in admissions, education sales, student counseling, or a similar role.
• Strong lead conversion and consultative selling skills.
• Experience handling leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
• Counsel prospective students on suitable programs based on career goals.
• Convert inquiries into enrollments while meeting targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM.
• Provide information on programs, fees, schedules and learning outcomes.
• Coordinate with marketing for campaign follow-ups and events.
• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
