As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team and ensuring our operations run smoothly. From managing schedules and coordinating events to handling correspondence and maintaining records, your contribution will be invaluable to the success of IIQAF.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with the coordination and planning of events, conferences, and workshops
  • Handle general office tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining supplies
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist with the preparation and dissemination of marketing materials
  • Maintain and update databases and records
  • Process and file expense reports and invoices
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, clients, and vendors
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in the finance industry is a plus
