Job Summary
IIQAF Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our hospitality operations in Abu Dhabi. The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative, clerical, documentation, scheduling, data entry, correspondence, and office support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and clerical support to managers, supervisors, and hospitality teams.
- Manage office correspondence, emails, telephone calls, messages, and routine administrative communications.
- Prepare, format, edit, and maintain letters, reports, presentations, forms, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and physical administrative records.
- Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, employee records, invoices, forms, and operational paperwork.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, interviews, training sessions, and internal events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attendance records, minutes, and follow-up documentation when required.
- Coordinate with departments such as Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Front Office.
- Assist with preparing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative and operational reports.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management to support efficient hospitality operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Office Administration, Hospitality Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Office Administrator, Secretary, or similar role.
- Hospitality, hotel, resort, restaurant, catering, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general office administration and clerical procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, suppliers, and guests.
- Knowledge of UAE business and administrative practices is an advantage.
