Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is a premium home-based educational support company operating across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Al Ain. We provide tutoring, learning support, early intervention, therapy partnerships, coaching and holistic wellbeing services in students’ homes, online, and in schools.

The freelance, independent contractor role offers 65% commission on all coaching sessions and packages, with payments processed monthly and opportunities for workshops and wellbeing programmes.

Qualifications

• Coaching qualification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years habit or behaviour change coaching experience.
• Knowledge of habit formation science (e.g. James Clear, BJ Fogg frameworks).
• Strong client accountability and follow-through support skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct habit assessment and behavioural pattern analysis with clients

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

Certified in a structured behaviour change or habit coaching methodology

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.
