Job summary

Simone's Tutoring is seeking a dedicated Teen Coach to guide adolescents aged 12–18 through academic pressure, identity development, peer relationships, and future planning. Deliver safe, non-judgmental coaching in a flexible freelance role, including online, home, school, or other approved settings.

You will build rapport, provide personalised sessions, help clarify values and aspirations, and support transitions from secondary school to university and beyond, while empowering teens with

• Coaching qualification with youth or teen coaching focus.

About the Role

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Teen Coach to support adolescents aged 12–18 through the challenges of teenage life, including academic pressure, identity development, peer relationships, and future planning. You will provide a safe, non-judgmental coaching space where teens feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Key Responsibilities

Build trusting, rapport-based coaching relationships with teenage clients

Deliver personalised 1:1 teen coaching sessions

Help teens clarify their values, strengths, and aspirations

Coach teens in managing academic stress, peer pressure, and social challenges

Support teens through key transitions: secondary school, university, and beyond

Teach emotional regulation, decision-making, and resilience strategies

Engage parents collaboratively while maintaining appropriate teen confidentiality

Minimum Qualifications

Coaching qualification with youth or teen coaching focus

Minimum 2 years coaching or mentoring teenagers

Strong understanding of adolescent development

Safeguarding and child protection awareness

Preferred Qualifications

Youth coaching or adolescent psychology specialisation

Experience with school refusal, exam stress, or teen anxiety

Volunteer or mentoring background with young people

UAE Licensing & Professional Requirements

Coaching is an unregulated profession in the UAE; however, we expect all coaches to hold recognised professional qualifications, accreditation from a reputable coaching body (e.g. ICF, EMCC, AC), and relevant experience. Coaches must operate within their scope of practice and comply with all applicable UAE professional and legal requirements.
