Job summary

Americana Company is seeking a detail-oriented AP Process Executive to join our shared services team in Dubai. The role focuses on accurately creating purchase orders in accordance with established policies and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining compliance with company guidelines.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support month-end close and audit readiness. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 2-5 years of Accounts Payable experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 2-5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JDE, etc.).
• Good knowledge of invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments.
• Strong Excel, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and book supplier invoices accurately in the ERP system
• Perform invoice validation and 3-way matching
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Handle vendor queries and payment-related issues
• Process supplier payments as per approved payment schedules
• Monitor advances accruals and AP aging balances
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tax requirements
• Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documents
• Support month-end closing and audit requirements
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
