Job summary

مجموعة الطاير seeks an Accounts Payable professional to handle transaction processing in line with SLA requirements. The role involves reviewing supplier documents, recording transactions accurately, and maintaining robust process documentation.

The successful candidate will process payments, escalate discrepancies, and support month-end closing while adhering to group policies and audit action plans. 2+ years of AP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Commerce degree/diploma required.
• 2+ years Accounts Payables experience.

Responsibilities

• Review and ensure completeness of documents received for processing from various suppliers.
• Process transactions as per Service Level Agreements.
• Record transactions accurately in line with agreed processes and ensure timely update of process tracking register.
• Escalate discrepancies and instances of non-compliance with Service Level Agreement to the Commercial Manager.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the Group's policy.
• Perform month-end closing activities as applicable / assigned.
• Ensure compliance with action plans agreed from qualitative and quantitative audit feedback.
